At Goa Home Land, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Please read our Refunds/Cancellations Policy carefully before making any bookings.

Refunds

We understand that plans may change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your booking. Our refund policy is as follows:

• We offer a full refund if the cancellation is made 15 days before the check-in date.
• If the cancellation is made within 15 days of the check-in date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days days before the check-in date.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date.
